Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I have to do the online course all in one sitting, or can I do it in small increments?

A: You may do it any way you choose. One of the advantages of taking an online course is that you can learn at your own pace. A "course bookmark" on your home page will indicate where you left off so you can easily return.

Q: Do I need to always use the same computer?

A: No. Your username and password allows you to access your online course from any computer.

Q: I have an old computer. Can I take your online courses?

A: Yes, you may skip around. However, information presented at the beginning is used throughout the course.

Q: I want to earn professional development units for this course. How will my administrator know I've finished the course?

A: Your administrator may check your completion of a course by accessing a Record of Completion. This report is generated after you have completed all of the course interactions.
