An Application for Admissions to Silver Lake College must be filled out online. You may request a paper application be mailed to you through the same link. Please see the memo from Sister Kay Warning with application instructions.
- Grades
You may receive your grades through the campus Web site. Please see the memo to students from Julie Mayrose, Director of Graduate Education.
