This is a graduate level course; therefore, students are required to have a bachelor degree prior to enrollment.
If you are a first time IWU student, you must provide an unofficial transcript verifying your completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree. A copy of your diploma and/or teaching license is not sufficient. You must provide a transcript. Your transcript must include: the name of the institution, your name printed on the transcript, the degree earned, and the date the degree was earned. Please send your transcript to:

- Transcripts
The transcript request form may be printed from the IWU Web site. If you choose not to use this form, you must include your full name, student ID number or social security number, the address or fax where you want the transcripts sent, your home mailing address, your telephone number, and number of transcripts requested (cost is $3 per transcript by mail, $10 by fax). If you fax your request, please include your daytime phone number and a Visa or MasterCard number with expiration date. You must include your written signature. You can request your transcript via mail or fax:
