Credit: All classes are 3 semester hours of graduate credit per course.

All registrations require a mandatory non-refundable $50.00 deposit per enrollment. Deposits may be transferred to another course being offered in the same semester.
All payments will be refunded on canceled classes. Classes with enrollments below the minimum will be cancelled two (2) weeks prior to the start date.
Note: All students enrolled in degree-seeking or certification programs at other schools should consult their advisors as to the transferability of credits. Grand Canyon University
Master of Education Degree Program
The Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree program is designed for those holding a bachelor's degree and are seeking a graduate degree for the purpose of initial certification. Those interested in this degree program are expected to meet the criteria of teacher certification in elementary, secondary or special education as well as the requirements of the graduate program. This program is offered in both the traditional and non-traditional format. The nontraditional format features a compacted curriculum and is offered, with the exception of student teaching, entirely at night.
The Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education degree is designed for the advanced preparation of practicing elementary, secondary, and special education certified teachers. Specialized study is offered in areas such as Reading Education, Teaching English as a Second Language/Bilingual Education, Elementary and Secondary Education. These programs are offered in cohorts only.

Structured English Immersion Courses
Grand Canyon University and Performance Learning Systems now offer two top courses in structured English immersion. These trainings are approved 45-hour endorsement trainings that are now mandated by the State of Arizona. Courses can be taken for credit through Grand Canyon University, or for endorsement hours and certification only.
