What I love most about teaching.:
I love it when my former students share their success stories with me. I always tell my middle-schoolers to come back and see me when they do great things…and so many of them do! It is reassuring to see your students turn out fine!

My favorite moment in teaching:
I give an end-of-the-year survey to my students. Often, I read their comments about our time together, and they remind me that what I do is appreciated (even by the kids) and is meaningful.

Personal information: I have two teenagers who keep me on the go. I enjoy running, reading, and spending time with family and friends. In addition, I am our school’s cross country coach.
