Ensuring Communications
Prior to your class, please add plsweb.com to your trusted senders in your email account. This will assure that you can receive all correspondence from your instructor and our support staff. If you need help doing this, please contact your email account provider.
Login Instructions
The Friday prior to the class start date, you will receive an email with login instructions. If you do not see this email in your inbox, check your “Junk Mail” folder. Your email software may have sent it there. This email will be from the email address "bbsupport@plsweb.com". As soon as you receive the email, follow those instructions carefully. You will be informed of how to set a password and log in. Please test your login to make sure you can access Blackboard.
Although you may log in to the Performance Learning Systems Blackboard web site now, you will not have access to your course until the start date. The course begins with an orientation in week one, so you will have plenty of time to become comfortable using the technology.
Beginning Your Class
The day your class begins, log into your specific class using the log in information provided in the e-mail sent to you. This will ensure that your facilitator knows you have entered the course. If you are unable to log in that day, or if you have any questions, please contact your facilitator.

Technical Support
Within the course itself, there is a support tab which enables you to receive technical assistance through a chat session or review the knowledge base to find answers to common problems.
