What is Coaching?
One could say teachers were among the first entrepreneurs. We all have the image of the school teacher coming out West, opening a one-room schoolhouse and teaching all the children in town. Teachers enter a classroom, close the door behind them and teach primarily on their own. They rely on their years of education and experience and do the best they can.
Sometimes, though, it's nice to have a little help from your friends. That's what Coaching is all about!
