Jim Malanowski
Jim Malanowski is an educational consultant who has a passion for kids, and it shows. As a member of the national training staff for Performance Learning Systems (PLS), Jim recruited and prepared instructors to teach PLS courses that are designed to increase teacher effectiveness. In addition, he’s trained teachers for instructional improvement, delivered keynote addresses, presented motivational workshops, and served as a staff-development consultant. He is currently a Classroom Teacher and the AP Coordinator at Morgan County High School in Madison, Georgia.

Jim's background has provided him opportunities to see education from many different perspectives. He has been a department chair, attendance officer, assistant principal, secondary supervisor, curriculum director, a director of personnel and community relations, and a headmaster.
He shares this real-life expertise with educators through an unassuming yet powerful presentation style. Jim's personal nature, commitment to the education profession, and passion for "what's best for kids" come through in his speeches, workshops, and graduate-level and in-service courses.
Jim's skill-based keynotes and workshops are filled with concrete examples and insightful stories that touch both the hearts and minds of teachers. He takes great pride in being a teacher of teachers and in assisting educators in the important work they do.
