PLS-Wilkes Online Participant Information
The following information is provided for Wilkes University students taking online PLS courses.
Pre-Class Instructions
Please read the Online Pre-Class Instructions
to assure you are ready for your online course.
Tuition
Tuition, materials, and applicable shipping fees are due no later than the first day of class. To pay the balance of your tuition with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express by phone, call 866-PLS-CLAS (866-757-2527) or mail a check or money order to:

Dropping a Class To drop a class, you must contact PLS at 866-PLS-CLAS (866-757-2527) and Wilkes University at 800-WILKESU (800-945-5378 ext. 5014).
Graduate Application
All first time Wilkes/PLS graduate students must apply online at www.wilkes.edu/applyonline
or download and complete an application form.
Please follow the instructions on the form, and mail it to the address given.
Grades and Transcripts
An unofficial grade report will be mailed after the semester ends. Students may view their academic transcript and print an unofficial copy online through the MyWilkes portal under the Student Services tab. Official transcripts must be requested in writing. You can obtain the form from the Registrar/Recorder channel on the Student Services tab or go to the Registrar/Recorder transcript area at http://wilkes.edu/pages/597.asp
to download the transcript request form.
Wilkes Graduation Audit If you are completing your final credits for your Master of Science degree through PLS, please review the Graduation Audit memo. You must call Dr. Kurt Eisele at 1-800-945-5378 ext. 4058 no later than 90 days prior to the semester of completion.
