The following information is provided for University of St. Francis students taking online PLS courses.
Pre-Class Instructions

to assure you are ready for your online course.
Tuition
Tuition, materials, and applicable shipping fees are due no later than the first day of class. To pay the balance of your tuition with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express by phone, call 866-PLS-CLAS (866-757-2527) or mail a check or money order to:

Dropping a Class
To drop a class, please contact PLS at 866-PLS-CLAS (866-757-2527).
University of St. Francis Graduate Credit Application
If this is your first time to take a PLS online course for credit through the University of St. Francis, please complete the online Graduate Credit Application
. This application will remain on file and will be used for future graduate credits when you enroll in PLS online courses. You do not need to complete this application if this is your second or more PLS online course taken through the University of St. Francis.

Grades
Grades will be sent via email to the address you provide on the University of St. Francis registration form. Please check your junk/spam folder if a grade is not received in a timely manner. If you have changed your email address since your last PLS course through the University of St. Francis or you did not receive an electronic copy of your grade report, please contact the registrar's office at 815-740-3392.
Transcripts
Once you have received your grade, you may request a copy of your transcript by completing the transcript request form
available on the University of St. Francis Web site. There is a $5.00 processing fee per transcript. Please contact the registrar's office at 815-740-3392 if you have any questions about the transcript request process.
