Registration Information
PLS courses may be taken as part of the master’s degree program or as open enrollment courses.
Credit: All classes are 3 semester hours of graduate credit per course.

Registration
Any student taking classes at McDaniel College must be an accepted student before they can register for classes. This means that they must:
1) Submit an application for Graduate Study. The online application is located at https://www2.mcdaniel.edu/forms/gradapp.php

Registration closes one week prior to start date.
2) Submit a one-time non-refundable application fee of $75.00.
3) Request official undergraduate transcript from all undergraduate degree granting institutions be forwarded to McDaniel College.
Once a student has met the above requirements they can submit a registration form for the specific course selection. Forms are available online at http://www.mcdaniel.edu/2154.htm
Ensure that you receive an immediate electronic confirmation that registration was successfully sent.
Note: All students enrolled in degree-seeking or certification programs at other schools should consult their advisors as to the transferability of credits. All PLS registrations require a mandatory non-refundable $50.00 deposit per enrollment.
Deposits may be transferred to a new course enrollment being offered in the same semester, otherwise, deposits are nonrefundable. All payments will be refunded on cancelled classes*. Classes with enrollments below the minimum will be cancelled two (2) weeks prior to the start date.
*Tuition and any fees are due on or before the first day of class.
Note: Registration for online classes closes at 8:00 a.m. EST one week prior to the class start date.
