Dr. Paul Doyle will conduct a servant leadership retreat scheduled for July 7 and 8 in Boulder, Colorado at the Chautaqua Institute. This inspiring two-day retreat will focus on leadership as service. It is designed as strategy for total school improvement and stresses that positive high stakes testing results are a by-product of doing the right things, not an end in themselves. The basic operating assumption is that an important responsibility of leadership is to empower, inspire, and nurture others to become their own best leaders and problem solvers.
