My Favorite Teaching Moment

I love telling stories. I told my childhood story about pulling an entire row of carrots because I did not know what they looked like above ground. To me they were weeds so I pulled them out. At the end of the DI course, the Kokomo group had ordered a large cake that read, “We survived the DI garden.” It was decorated with plants which included “carrots.”

Why I Love Teaching PLS Courses

I enjoy learning new concepts. The course material is easy to integrate to my previous content and knowhow. It also provides stimulating and motivating conversations with experienced teachers.

For me teaching is a journey, so I see myself as a journeyman. Every turn is exiting as it leads to another opportunity and opening for a new revelation not recognized or thought of before.
