My Favorite Teaching Moment

I love to watch students grow, both intellectually as well as physically. They are like sponges that absorb things every day. I hope that my Influence has been a positive one on their ever changing lives.

I teach a biology class that's located in our school greenhouse. It is amazing to see the pride and ownership that students take in the plants that they grow and work that they do. It is amazing how some “problem” students thrive in a hands-on environment and learn a valuable skill.

Why I Love Teaching PLS Courses

PLS classes have impacted my teaching more than any other professional training that I have received. I am eager to pass on these strategies to other teachers that I know they can use in the classroom to immediately impact students.
