Why I Love Teaching PLS Courses
I enjoy the interaction with the students and their discussions with each other. It is stimulating, not only to teach these teachers, but to listen to them share ideas about what works best in a classroom.
The classes have direct applicability to all teaching situations. We model in the class that which is taught. The interaction among the teachers is stimulating, and everyone walks away with new tools and the memory of a great experience.

On a personal note, I love to read, take long walks with my dog, and be with my family doing just about anything. I am quite active in the Mancelona United Methodist Church and particularly enjoy the Knit Chicks and the United Methodist Women. As a Michigan alum, I enjoy watching the Michigan teams in most sports.
