My Favorite Teaching Moment

I find that sharing knowledge and helping others grow is very rewarding.

One of my favorite moments is when I saw the excitement in the face of some of the students when I shared knowledge that fascinated them. One of the students came to me later to thank me for explaining it in his terms. He said that he could not grasp it before. But when I explained it on his terms and used the examples that I used, he finally understood it. He told me that he was so excited about it that he could not wait to go home and tell his parents that he finally understands how to use one, two, and three point perspective in his drawings. It was important to him because his goal was to become an Architect.

Why I Love Teaching PLS Courses

I enjoyed all the PLS courses I have taken. I want to be able to share them with other teachers. I love teaching. I like remembering what I have learned, and I realize the best way to retain what one has learned is by teaching it over and over. Good information is worth remembering.
