Designing Motivation for All Learners®
Overview
Explore the dimensions of motivation and a variety of motivational classroom strategies designed to support content and enhance student motivation. Evaluate your strengths as a motivational leader, assess the qualities of a motivational classroom environment, and support your students in becoming confident, self-directed, and successful learners.
- Analyze the qualities of a motivational classroom environment and the characteristics of the motivational leader through a self-evaluation of strengths and improvements in practice.
- Design and implement strategies differentiated to the learner that positively impact motivation and provide appropriately challenging work.
- Analyze, design, and implement student support structures that provide assistance, feedback, collaboration, and self-regulated learning.

Target Audience: All K-16 educators
Graduate Credit: 3 semester hours or 4.5 quarter hours
